Who we are

The Nuke Out is a career transition resource for Navy nuclear-trained veterans, operated by Daniel Spinks. Our website is thenukeout.com.

What data we collect

When you sign up for our free playbook or newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't collect your name, phone number, location, or any other personal data through our forms.

If you book a strategy call, you may voluntarily share additional information (your rate, separation timeline, etc.) via email. This information is used solely to prepare for your call.

How we use your data

Your email address is used to send you the 12-Month Transition Playbook and occasional newsletter emails with transition tips, career advice, and relevant resources. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Email service

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our email list. Kit's privacy policy can be found at kit.com/privacy. Your email is stored securely on their servers.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It tells us how many people visit the site, not who they are.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking. Kit may set a functional cookie when you submit a form to prevent duplicate submissions.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can also email thenukeout@gmail.com to request deletion of your data.
